We’ve been gone for a minute, now we’re back with the… jumper cable. Check the brand new video from Brooklyn-based Trini-born soca artist Young Voice! This tune has been making waves across the world (literally, from BK to Germany) and with the release of this video, it doesn’t like the momentum is stopping any time soon. Yours truly has a cameo in the video, along with the lovely ladies of Soul/Pop duo, Quest, radio host Tadi and so many more! It was all shot in Brooklyn, New York by director Oliver Covrett. Check the vijyo and let me know what you think…
So remember that amazing jewelry designer I interviewed last year, Ally Leak of Ally Marie Jewelry? Well, she landed on the stars and we have some shots to prove it. Ace of Spades champagne had an exclusive, star studded event in New York City this past week, hosted by Jeremih and Ally designed the jewels for the night. Check out the pics of the custom designed jewelry below.
I love it! I have to get some stuff custom designed for my girls, Vitalize Entertainment artists, Nexus For more of her jewelry designs, visit www.AllyMarie.com.
On Saturday April 24th 2010, Vitalize Entertainment celebrated the launch of its music label division. We did what we did at the Dumbo Loft with an open bar mixer, live performances and topped it off with a bashment-esque 90s party. Fam came through from BK to LA to help us celebrate. Our guests, who came dressed to kill, left with a gift bag full of fresh and fashionable goodies from Jane Carter Solutions, New York Yoga, Carolina Notepads and of course Vitalize Entertainment.
A special Thank You to our non-profit partner Hip-Hop 4 Life and our sponsors, Blue Coat Gin, Jane Carter Solutions, New York Yoga and Carolina Notepads.
Huge Thank You to DJ MistahClean of Vibe Spice Productions who provided the 90s music for the night. Our music set got raving reviews.
To the performers: Nexus, A.Don.Iz and Young Voice, you guys SHUT IT DOWN and we’re all going straight to the top!
Our guests, recording artists Par-city and D. Chamberz and Tanyka Renee of the Lingerie Football League, much love for coming through.
Thank you to all of our guests for showing support and A SPECIAL THANK YOU IN ADVANCE TO ALL THE BLOGS AND PRESS FOR YOUR COVERAGE OF THE EVENT, THE COMPANY AND THE ARTIST PERFORMANCES. I APPRECIATE IT.
Fete Fatale will return in the Spring of 2011 bigger and better than ever. To stay in the know, please sign up for our site updates below.
Although most of us tend to associate black women with having ample, rotund bumpers, I actually know quite a few who suffer from N’assatall. (#throwbacktothe90s) Many of these women go around with their heads hanging low, almost as if they’ve fallen short of their heritage. Much like the tragic mulattos who go around acting extra hood to prove their blackness, these black women who lack the rump, they…. well they just want to be accepted. They want their jeans to feel stuffed. They want to pound their fists that their True Religions and Joe Jeans don’t fit. They want their skirts to ride up in the back. Hell, they may even want to be groped from time to time, so that they shoo you off and punch you in the mouth, all the while secretly smiling inside that they had an ass worth groping. Men… who are we to deny them of their dreams of a fat one? Especially after non-black bazoonkas like J. Lo, Amber Rose and Ice T’s beau Coco have stepped to the plate. Hell, if I were a black woman with no ass I would be mad too! You’re losing every ten minutes!!
To understand a little further, please watch this video from a dear friend of mine, J. Danielle, who is looking up above and singing her soul out (on key) about her desire for a butt and the notions of what she passionately believes it will bring her. Shout out to all my women with modest portions, Rondel loves ya babe! Walk with your heads high!
If you’ve visited the other parts of the site outside of BOOM Blog, you should be well aware that Vitalize Entertainment has been working on the other end of the game as well, developing a few artists that we believe in. Here is the first… Meet the duet Nexus. Just a sample of their work to wet your pallette. Tons more to come in the near future. If you like what you hear, please show the young ladies some encouragement. They work hard, have talent and a vision. Much love -Rondel
